This 2004 custom built 65’ motorsailer, designed by David Payne, was built by well know Dutch yacht builder, Jos Maas of Maas Marine in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

The vessel was built and certified to Lloyd’s specifications and is eligible to be recommended for Class Notation: Maltese Cross 100A1 Yacht.

Duyfken II sets new standards in sailing excellence, offering amenities rarely found on board a sailing yacht while maintaining high levels of comfort and still offering performance and range. She can only be described as exceptional.

She has a rounded canoe stern hull with dark blue painted steel topsides, full painted stainless steel gunwales, a stainless steel sponson, teak laid steel decks, cream painted aluminium superstructure, a ½ length steel fin keel with lead bulb and four watertight bulkheads. The cutter rig features triple swept-back spreaders, deck stepped mast with slab reefing main, a staysail and hydraulic furling headsail. The interior which is contemporary and clean, features a chic nautical theme. The accommodation has been well constructed to a high professional standard and the teak timber work and cabinetry are in good cosmetic condition and structurally intact. She boasts two levels. On deck level the covered cockpit opens into the saloon with dinette to port and galley and entertainment area to starboard. Additional food storage and a large Utectic fridge and freezer and Miele washer/dryer are on the lower level. Forward of the saloon is a full bridge style internal helm and navigation station. Central stairs lead down to the double master cabin with ensuite heads to starboard and a triple bunk guest cabin with ensuite heads forward. Amidships is the full beam walk in engine room with access to the aft crews’ cabin also with ensuite heads. All three heads are fitted with electric toilets connected to the grey water holding tank system or pump out. Powered with single Cummins 6CTA8.3-M1 300HP and with a Northern Light 10KVA diesel generator.

The vessel is fitted with all the normal onboard services that would be expected on a long-range blue water cruising boat of this calibre. Ideal for families and friends, the immaculate Duyfken II is ready to cruise the world in absolute comfort and safety.
